There should be a tag line that says we make it easy for people to buy our properties...or, owner financing on all properties, or something similar to let the people know WHAT WE DO....We sell all our properties creatively so it is easy for buyers to purchase without banks.

I like the first one, can you play with it slightly and change the background instead of a rectangle? Maybe try a few different colors too?

Again, I really like the bottom design more.
Can you tweek this oval design one? Remove the palm tree, play with a few different color schemes to make it more professional / corporate. I love the key. Play with different fonts for the business name. And also, please play with the different tage line as well.
I will be awarding this either tonight or tomorrow morning if you can clean it up a bit.
