Want logo and color scheme that works for real estate yard signs, business cards, letter head, and website.
Want modern, creative, fresh ideas with a few colors that will not be too costly to print.
About Delta Properties and Management
I have been working in the real estate industry for the last two years and have decide to start my own company. I will be primarily focused on full service property management and leasing of residential property. The property ranges from student housing, to loft downtown living, to suburban single family homes. I am young, fresh, progressive and run my business in that way. Want a logo/color scheme that is a reflection of myself, the business, and that is modern and creative.

I am starting a company and need a logo, color scheme ways to make the name a marketable concept that is visually appealing and modern. All property management company logos and designs that I have seen in the past are boring and dorky. I want something that is creative and modern. I am a young professional and want my company to be a reflection of my style and personality as well as my strong dedication to professionalism and customer service. I will be taking ideas for the company called Delta Properties and Management and deciding on the overall logo, color scheme, I like the best. The colors should be limited to a few so that it is cost effective to print business cards, yard signs, use on letter head and on the website. The colors shouldn't be too light so that the main text on signs, cards, etc is visible or it should have a high enough contrast that it is easy to read up close or from a distance.

It's glad to meet you. I'm proud that your business is help people's housing not jus for the med - high but also low income people.
Could you described more detailed requirement for the logo? I hope to finish your design project ASAP.

I like the concept of your design. I would prefer a more modern font. AlsonI like the idea of the Delta symbol looking like a roof of a house. I am thinking that I want black business cards with lime green and gray/blue/white?? lettering. Could you incorporate some more color into this design??
Does that help at all? It's hard to describe. I have the vision in my head I just dont know how to get it on the business cards and signs.

I like the design but I am worried how easy it would be to read from a distance. Maybe if there was more contrast between the letter color and the buildings. Also, I would maybe like to see the D look like a delta symbol. I am thinking that I want black business cards with lime green and gray/blue/white?? lettering.

I like your designs but i think the green and blue together is too much. Could you show me with a black back ground, green letters, and maybe gray or white for the secondary color.

I like the top two but can there be a greater contrast between the buildings and the word Delta. Also I think I would prefer a more vibrant green with no shading

I would like to select this design #33. Can you send it to me in a EPS, JPEG, and TIFF format. I would like the design for the business card like in image #33 and one that is like #27 for my yard signs. Can you send me both?
